Rooms are kind of small. Front desk agent was nice, but hard to understand. Did not have a deck of cards to borrow (5 other hotels on the same trip had playing cards). No bathtub in our room, and apparently it wasn't possible to switch to a room with a tub. Parking situation is weird - two underground parking garages, and an outside lot. Area seems decent, as far as I could tell. Breakfast was pretty good - lots of options. Room was not bad - but bathroom sink did not drain. I would stay here again - it was not bad overall.
The hotel was easy to find and the sleep quality was impeccable. The room was cozy, and the food was great. I also had a candid conversation with a staff member who shared helpful tips for my road trip. Stay - Dec’25 | Family
I had a wonderful stay for my anniversary. We got a large king bed room and it was very comfortable. Staff was very kind.
Great location in walking distance to wine tasting and breweries. Overall nice area, feels safe. Breakfast was decent with eggs and potatoes and all the cold options as well. Room could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom were pubic hairs and a lot of dark hairs around the base of the shower on the floor. The app said I could have contactless check-in, but they would not get me a digital room key until physically checking in like normal. I have used the contactless check in at other Hilton properties with no issue.
This will definitely be our go to spot when we need to stay in Santa Cruz. Very clean inside and out. Rooms are very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great. The coffee was really good! Definitely will be coming back soon.
Incredibly nice rooms… super comfortable. Stayed here two nights while I was visiting Santa Cruz. It’s in a nice, quiet part of town with plenty of amenities nearby. Would very much stay here again.
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I arrived early, and they were very accommodating—offering a place to leave my bags, hot coffee, and even a spot to get some work done before check-in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was great, the hotel is dog-friendly (which I loved), and they have a gym for workouts. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. They truly went above and beyond my expectations!
Hilton member . First stay at this location traveling through. Room is large all clean new overall. Comfortable king bed. Easy parking and highly recommend this hotel and location. If I return to Santa Crus then would stay here again
